Robert D. Auritt
Mr. Auritt is a co-founder of Instrumental, Inc. and has been a member of its board since 1991, currently serving as the board compensation committee chair. He is the President of Brant Point Partners, LLC, a Philadelphia-based private investment and financial advisory firm which makes buyouts of companies with up to $50 million in sales in the business services, publishing and media, healthcare and manufacturing industries. Brant Point also provides M&A advisory services to business owners. From 2001-2006, he was a partner at Meridian Venture Partners, a Philadelphia private equity firm which makes diversified, later-stage buyout and expansion capital investments. In addition to positions held in other venture capital and private equity firms, Bob's prior experience includes a seven-year tenure with MGI Pharma, Inc., a biotechnology company which he took public as CFO and whose successful transition from agriculture to human pharmaceuticals he helped lead as co-CEO. MGI was eventually sold to Eisai Co. for $3.9 billion in 2008. Bob has an AB degree from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford University.
John C. Bergstrom
Mr. Bergstrom has been a director of Instrumental since 1996 and currently serves as the board chair. He is a Partner in RiverPoint Investments based in St. Paul, MN. RiverPoint works on an intensive basis with selected companies, advising them on financial, organizational, strategy, compensation and governance matters. He is currently a director of The Dolan Company (NYSE: DM), Peoples Education, Inc. (NASDAQ: PEDH), Znomics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZNOM) Instrumental, Inc., JobDig, Inc., Tecmark, Inc. and Creative Publishing, Inc. John has been involved with numerous private placements, public offerings, mergers, acquisition and spin-off transactions. He is also active in community affairs and is currently a board member of Goodwill Easter Seals Minnesota and is a founder of the Entrepreneurs House project for Habitat for Humanity. John is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, B.A., and University of Minnesota, M.B.A.
Joanne Isham
Ms. Isham has been a director of Instrumental since 2009. She is currently President of Aurora Group, Inc., a global management and consulting firm. Prior to founding Aurora Group in 2009, she served as the Senior Vice President for Washington Operations of L-1 Identity Solutions, the COO of High Performance Technologies, Inc and as a Vice President of BAE Systems. Until her retirement from federal service, Ms. Isham held several senior positions with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), including the Deputy Director of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) and Director of Science and Technology for the CIA. She received numerous awards throughout her career including the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal, the Department of Defense Distinguished Civilian Service Award, the National Intelligence Medal of Achievement, and the CIA and NGA Distinguished Intelligence Medals. Ms. Isham is a member of the Director of National Intelligence Advisory Board; Board of Trustees Analytic Services, Inc.; and The Central Intelligence Agency Memorial Fund, The Hertz Foundation. Ms. Isham is a B.A. graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
Spence G. Morley
Mr. Morley has been a director of Instrumental since 1994 and currently serves as its governance committee chair. Since 1998, Mr. Morley has been Managing Partner of Taconic Partners (TaconicLLC.com), located in White Bear Lake, MN, providing strategic advisory and consulting services to start-up and early-stage companies. From 1997 to 1998 he was a Principal at Andcor Companies in Wayzata, MN. From 1990-1997 he was Managing Partner of St. Paul Growth Ventures, a private venture capital partnership investing in start-up and early-stage companies. Mr. Morley was in the Technology Corporate Banking Group at Norwest Bank N.A. (now Wells Fargo) in Minneapolis, MN for three years, and a computer design engineer at Sperry Corporation (now Unisys) in Eagan, MN for 5 years. Mr. Morley has an M.B.A. degree from Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Institute of Technology, University of Minnesota, and a B.A. from Colgate University.

William R. Wolff
Mr. Wolff is currently CEO of TeamKLIPZ, LLC, a video hosting website for youth sports. Mr. Wolff has been CEO of both public and private companies as well as venture capital and private equity backed companies. Mr. Wolff has served as CEO to companies such as Dascom Systems Group, MakeMusic, CrossUSA and Open Systems Holdings. Mr. Wolff has also held CFO positions in several companies. Mr. Wolff has been directly involved in taking a company public and several years later selling the company. He has been involved in mergers and acquisitions of numerous companies as well as providing turn-around services. Mr. Wolff received his B.S. degree in Business Management from Minnesota State, Mankato University. He has been a director of the Company since 1996.
